Do you have some quesions about our instructor-led certification training bootcamps? Here are answers to some of our most Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What is Your Certification Guarantee?
A: A student may retake a bootcamp an unlimited number of times providing they use the same course materials and the same version of the bootcamp is still being taught. We want to do everything we can to ensure you pass your certification exams. Student will only be responsible for accommodation.
Q: What costs are included in your bootcamps?
A: All course materials and practice exams, all required certification exams, onsite testing, breakfast and lunch each day.
Q: Can I Audit the Boot Camp?
A: A student may retake a bootcamp providing the student brings back the course materials, and the same version of the bootcamp is still being taught.
Q: Where is the training actually held?
A: The training is held in training centers or in conference rooms at the hotel where the students are staying.
Q: Where do the boot camp students actually take the exams?
A: Most large cities have several testing centers available that are associated with Sylvan Prometric or Vue which actually administer the exams. In some cities, students will take the exams onsite. For cities that testing is not available onsite, we provide the transportation to the testing centers and typically all students test at the same time so we can keep progressing through the material consistently.
Q: How many test exams do you provide?
A: It depends on the bootcamp. Some bootcamps require more exams and more exams than others. We provide one exam for each exam that is required for the bootcamp. In addition, we provide one additional Microsoft exam for retakes per bootcamp.
Q: Tell me about your refund policy.
A: Payment in full is expected prior to the start of class and must be made by money order check or credit card payable to Advanced Technology Group, unless other arrangements have been made. Based on space availability, advanced payment of two weeks or more guarantees a spot in the training session.
Training expenses begin to incur at least two weeks prior to the training session. Failure to cancel or reschedule boot camp registrations at least ten full business days prior to class start date will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Students who fail to cancel or reschedule class registrations at least five full business days (excluding weekends) prior to class and/or do not attend the boot camp session will forfeit their tuition fee.
Full refund is granted when the request is made at least two calendar weeks prior to the class start date. All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee. Real MCSE Bootcamps reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time.
